Mend Care Ltd provides specialist Mental Health services which are designed for people with challenging behaviours, mental health, physical disability, Dementia, substance misuse, a co-morbid mental health disorders-Dual Diagnosis including personality disorders and who may also have a forensic history. Our approach to support is based on best practice and achieving the right outcomes for each individual person.

Safeguarding
We provide high-quality training and development opportunities for our care team to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills to provide safe and effective care to vulnerable individuals. We aim to ensure safeguarding is a priority in the welfare of vulnerable individuals that we care for, and ensure they are able to live their lives free from harm as much as possible. It is a fundamental part of our organisation and of social care practice and is essential for ensuring individuals receive a baseline level of support and protection. Our management team will continue to share messaging from the top that the organisation has a culture and policy of zero tolerance for abuse and considers it unacceptable behaviour at any level.
